Overview
ListingAngles AI helps sellers generate product listing angles from product photos. We collect only the information needed to operate accounts, process images, manage credits and subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Information We Process
- Product photos and generated result images that you upload, create, retry, export, or delete.
- Account identifiers, device/session identifiers, credit balance, subscription status, purchase transaction references, and usage history.
- Operational logs, job status, provider request metadata, error reports, and bounded analytics events such as onboarding, generation, export, cancellation, paywall, and support actions.
- Support messages and any contact details you choose to provide when asking for help.
How We Use Information
- To upload, store, generate, review, retry, export, and delete product image projects.
- To manage credits, subscriptions, purchases, restores, refunds, fraud prevention, and account recovery.
- To diagnose failed jobs, provider errors, performance issues, and customer support requests.
- To understand high-level product usage and improve the app without selling personal data.
AI Processing and Third-Party Providers
Image generation may be processed by external AI infrastructure providers. Uploaded source photos, generated outputs, pose settings, and job metadata may be sent to those providers only as needed to perform the requested generation or troubleshoot failures.
Purchases and Subscriptions
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. ListingAngles receives transaction status and verification data needed to unlock credits, subscriptions, restores, and subscription state. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can request deletion from the app account/privacy controls or by contacting support. Deletion removes account-linked projects, generated images, exports, credit records where deletion is legally allowed, analytics rows tied to the account, and support context where possible.
Some records may be retained for limited periods when required for security, purchase validation, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or dispute handling.
Children
ListingAngles is intended for sellers and business workflows. It is not directed to children under 13.
